The folks at Dry County helped make a our otherwise terrible disaster that much better. They responded quickly and professionally. The crew worked quickly to clean up after our water leak and did a thorough job inspecting and removing all the water damaged areas. Where they really shined was working with our insurance. Our Adjuster was difficult to work with and hard to get ahold of. They did all the leg work with insurance and helped us to get the best claim. They also billed insurance directly, keeping us informed every step of the way, and and we had no money out of pocket for their services. A sudden water leak like ours is a stressful situation to find yourself in and they helped to relieve much of that stress by really taking the time to explain the whole process and taking on the leg work with our insurance.
